I made a quick salad today before I rushed out the door... we have a bunch of random things in our refrigerator at the moment, so I just jumbled some items together that I thought would make a good combination. The end result looked so scrumptious I had to take a picture before I ate it. It was very, very good as well.. so I thought I would share what was in it!
Deli peppered turkey slices
Snow white cherry tomatoes (from our garden)
Red onion (small slivers)
Celery leaf and stalk
Romaine lettuce
Roasted and Toasted organic soy nuts
