Outer Banks, NC

We have recently returned from the Outer Banks. Tragically, we hardly took any photos while there. However, we managed to snap a few random ones here and there. Toby and I sat on the porch the first night we arrived and looked out at the ocean. There was this incredible heat lightning in the distance, so he did some experimenting with his shutter speed. Hence, the above photo. We regretfully did not take any photos when we stopped to visit Seth, Dana, and Kyle in Winston Salem. It was such a great weekend. I wish I would have some photos to remember it by. I have been out of the blogging world for a few months though, rehabilitating from internet overload. So this upkeep is a slow process for me to re-enter.
