Birthday Bash Food

Toby's throwing a little birthday get-together for me tonight and I was looking for some hor'dourves that would be fun to serve to our guests. I kept hinting that I wanted to be able to sip on some champagne. Then I went to epicurious to check out some party food suggestions and stumbled upon this sparkling drink... Peach Prosecco Spritzer. Check out the recipe here. I think we are going to use frozen peaches in our concoction just to throw in a twist and make it a frozen, slushy spritzer. He is also preparing some tandoori chicken skewers, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Yum! I can't wait!
